Easier said than done, stress busters come in many forms. Some techniques recommended by experts are to think positive thoughts. Spend 30 minutes a day doing something you like. Meditate. Count to ten before losing your temper or getting aggravated. Avoid difficult people when possible. </p>

<p>2. With an orange stick wrapped in damp cotton wool, ease back the cuticles and clean around the nails as with the manicure mentioned above. Rinse feet and dry briskly with the rough side of a towel. Message gently in between the toes, drying thoroughly.</p>
<p>3. Check the length of the nails every three weeks or so, They should be no longer-or shorter -than just covering the tip of the too beneath. Clip them straight across with the nail clippers. This exercise is pretty easy on your jaw because you are not actually chewing anything, but you might still feel a little bit sore in the beginning. Just take it easy-maybe chew for only a few seconds in the beginning and then increase the time you exercise.</p>
<p>You can make an &#8220;mmm&#8221; sound as you chew. This will open the throat better. Making an &#8220;mmm&#8221; sound is not necessary, it will just give the exercise extra boost. This is the weak tissue that you are contracting, which you feel opening up your airways. The muscles you now feel contracting in the back of your throat&#8230; are one of the main problem areas in your snoring. The reason why this works is because it goes right to the source of the problem: A block in your airways.</p>
<p>when your airways are blocked, the air has trouble getting into your lungs&#8230; and as it passes the narrow tissue, it starts &#8220;flapping&#8221; back and forth, like a flag in the wind, which causes the loud snoring sound.</p>

<p>Start with basic aerobics and work up as your tolerance increases.  Walking is a great place to start. Increase your resistance by taking trails that offer hills or speeding up your walk as you improve.</p>
<p>Move on to more aerobic style exercises.  Swimming, bike riding, playing your favorite sport, running, elliptical machines, and other physical activities are perfect for aerobics.</p>
