Health tips Since 2006
Many people in this world wanted to make them look beautiful. They even often spend a lot of money for their beauty. Here I go with a tip to tone up your face. Toners are useful not only for claming the skin after cleansing ,but for removing every last trace of the cleanser itself . The active ingredient is usually alcohol, the concentration of which varies from product to product, according to the skin type for which it is formulated. Oily skins should opt for an astringent toner ; if you have a skin with oily centre panel you should wipe that zone only with an astringent and use a milder tonic for the drier cheek areas. Skin ‘fresheners’ contain the least alcohol (sansitive-skin products may in fact contain none at all) and are best for dry skins. Never overdo your toning, though, as it can dry the skin too much. If you think yours is too strong (your skin tingles say, or comes up in blotches) dilute it with water or use on a premoistened cotton wool ball.
Normally there are two types of diabetic disease. Type I (Juvenile diabetes or insulin-dependent diabetes): The reason for type I diabetes is due to pancreas unability to produce insulin. This type of diabetes is usually starts in childhood (childhood diabetes) or adolescence.
Causes of Type 1 Diabetes
The exact cause of Type 1 diabetes is unknown. However, it is known that in majority of Type 1 diabetes cases, the body’s own immune system attacks and destroys the insulin-producing beta cells in the pancreas. Once these cells are destroyed, they cannot make insulin again. So people with Type 1 diabetes need to inject insulin.
The cause of autoimmune system not working properly in such cases is still a subject of research.
Risk Factors That May Cause Type 1 Diabetes
No one knows for certain why this happens, the following are possible risk factors for Type 1 diabetes.
1. Genetics
2. Some viruses like mumps, coxsackie virus, or cytomegalovirus.
3. It has also been observed in some babies who develop jaundice or a respiratory infection just after the birth.
4. Early feeding of cow’s milk to the child has been linked to an increased risk of type 1 diabetes.
Causes of Type 2 Diabetes
Diabetes Type 2 (non insulin dependent diabetes or adult onset diabetes): Diabetes Mellitus Type 2 (Type II) is a result of body tissues becoming resistant to insulin. It generally happens to people above 40 years of age and is usually hereditary.
Simply close your mouth and act like you are chewing gum. Chew like this for a minute or so at a time. To do the exercise right make sure your molars on both sides move apart a little, and then touch lightly again. Also notice that your lips are supposed to be closed the whole time. This exercise is pretty easy on your jaw because you are not actually chewing anything, but you might still feel a little bit sore in the beginning. Just take it easy-maybe chew for only a few seconds in the beginning and then increase the time you exercise.
You can make an “mmm” sound as you chew. This will open the throat better. Making an “mmm” sound is not necessary, it will just give the exercise extra boost. This is the weak tissue that you are contracting, which you feel opening up your airways. The muscles you now feel contracting in the back of your throat… are one of the main problem areas in your snoring. The reason why this works is because it goes right to the source of the problem: A block in your airways.
when your airways are blocked, the air has trouble getting into your lungs… and as it passes the narrow tissue, it starts “flapping” back and forth, like a flag in the wind, which causes the loud snoring sound.
But strengthening the jaw alone won’t cure your snoring. You see, the worst problem of snoring is that it often has 2, or even 3 causes – and often that combination of “air-blocks” makes your snoring “incurable”.
